The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE)

The Office of IE is the central unit in charge of developing an ongoing system for supporting various units in their short-term and long term strategic planning in addition to monitoring, and assessing their quality of delivery leading to UD's aspirations of excellence in student learning and development.

The Office of IE works closely with the Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) which comprises of unit heads of all academic and non-academic functional units at UD with the Director of IE functioning as the coordinator.

The IEC provides a forum for sharing assessment techniques and revises periodically the IE process and reporting format. Besides, the IE office also works closely with IT Services web developer to enhance data warehousing. more...
