Annual Alumni Homecoming

The University of Dubai Alumni Association (UDAA) held its Third Annual Homecoming event at the Shangri-La Hotel on May 28, 2009.  Held under the sponsorship of Falconcity of Wonders, a project developed by Salem Ahmad Almoosa Enterprises, the event attracted a crowd of over 400 alumni, administration, faculty and staff.  Additional sponsorship was also provided by the Department of Economics, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Epson, Mirage Building Materials, and others.

The overwhelming success of the UDAA Third Annual Homecoming Event served to emphasize the important role the UDAA plays in facilitating the relationship between the University and the alumni community.  With alumni from different schools, class years, professions and nationalities gathered together, the true diversity and success of the UD alumni community was on display.

Bi-Monthly Alumni Gatherings

The Alumni office sponsors a series of social events held throughout the year.  The events are open to all UD Alumni and include cultural events, sporting events and networking opportunities.
